Soundskrit Strider: How Can Four Directional MEMS Microphones Enable Real-Time Sound Tracking?

Soundskrit’s Sound Tracking Demo Kit (Strider) uses four SKR0610 Directional MEMS Microphones together with DOA (Direction of Arrival) and AI VAD algorithms to determine where sound is coming from in real time and display the detected sound source through a visual interface. The system can simultaneously localize up to 3 sound sources, making it suitable for applications such as Voice Tracking, Beam Steering, smart cameras, and other acoustic sensing systems.

Soundskrit DOA Technology: How Does the System Determine Where Sound Is Coming From?
