Product

Using the equivalent circuit method of lumped parameters , physical elements such as pipes, slits, screens, holes, and horns can be mapped to acoustic elements. This does not require the use of more complicated wave differential equations or transformation matrices involving trigonometric functions. The advantage is that the calculation speed is within a few milliseconds, the modeling is efficient, the optimization trial and error is fast, and the prediction accuracy is sufficient. The relevant simulation programs are circuit software such as LTSpice and Micro-Cap. In the face of more complex spatial geometry, or higher predictability requirements for medium and high frequencies, the finite element method or the model of finite elements combined with equivalent circuits can be used to meet more stringent requirements. Many concepts of psychoacoustics are closely related to objective parameters and have become a comprehensive framework for evaluating components such as loudspeakers. Manufacturing

Haocheng continues to invest in semi-automated and fully-automated production equipment to enhance the efficiency of mass production and improve the consistency of product specifications.In terms of loudspeakers, automation equipment requires many tailor-made production fixtures , and also ensures that the diaphragm, voice coil , frame, elastic wave, suspension edge , and magnetic circuit gap are all centered and symmetrical, and the diaphragm will not move up and down. As far as raw material processing is concerned, there are also magnetizers for magnets , winding machines for voice coils , and glue dispensers for joints of mechanical components in the factory . As far as the glue dispenser is concerned, it is necessary to simulate and continuously adjust the glue output and speed, movement trajectory and mixing formula of the glue dispenser. At the same time, we also need to ensure that volatile materials such as glue meet environmental protection and human health standards, high and low temperature resistance, and reliability standards for cold and hot cycles, but they must not lose the effectiveness of the joint, and also meet the cost-effective requirements of customers. Loudspeaker joints are numerous and require different adhesive properties, sizing and curing methods, and needle gauges. Related parameters such as the air pressure in mPa , the number of seconds of front delay , the number of seconds of glue out delay , and the number of seconds of back delay . Some are cured at room temperature, some are in the oven , some are UV cured, etc. In terms of parts, some are suitable for AB glue of magnetic steel, center and edge glue of diaphragm , center and edge glue of elastic wave , damping glue, and the magnetic circuit must be cleaned after glue application . After the speaker is assembled, it is also necessary to test the polarity and pure tone, then solder the wires and apply protective glue, and then send it to more advanced tests such as reliability tests after packaging.
